  • Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
  • Supervising the preparation, display, and delivery of food and drinks.
  • Will backup in serving food/ beverages and cashiering.
  • Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • College Graduate
  • With 1-2 years supervisory experience in the same industry
  • With strong personality and can work under pressure
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills and customer service.
