Converged Infrastructure
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

The work: Design, implement, and manage converged infrastructure solutions, integrating compute, storage, networking, and virtualization components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure requirements and develop scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation and provide technical support for infrastructure projects and deployments.
- Assist in capacity planning, patch management, and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with converged infrastructure solutions (e.g., Cisco UCS, Dell VxBlock, NetApp, VMware).
- Strong understanding of data center technologies including compute, storage (SAN/NAS), networking, and virtualization platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- experience in Converged Infrastructure (CI) or Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) technologies.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure solutions that support our enterprise environment. You will play a key role in modernizing our datacenter and hybrid cloud strategies using platforms such as VMware vSAN, Nutanix, Cisco UCS, Dell VxRail, or similar.
- Design, deploy, and manage CI/HCI solutions in line with organizational requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure with applications and cloud services.
- Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, and system optimization.
- Provide tier-3 support for infrastructure incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and create runbooks.
- Ensure systems comply with security standards and business continuity protocols.
- Participate in infrastructure automation and orchestration initiatives (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform).
- Collaborate on hybrid cloud integrations with platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
