Marketing & Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team immediately. This role focuses on supporting sales and marketing initiatives through event management, reporting, training coordination, and administrative support.

Please note that this is a non-selling role. The successful candidate will support sales and marketing activities but will not be responsible for direct selling, cold calling, client acquisition, or business development.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and promotional activities.
• Liaise with external event organizers (EOs), suppliers, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
• Initiate and support sales and marketing activities to enhance sales performance and brand awareness.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and ad-hoc sales reports, analyses, and presentations.
• Research local marketing channels, media resources, and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate training programs and activities to maximize participation and effectiveness.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in advertising, marketing promotions, events management, sales support, or sales training coordination.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
