- Communicates with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledges, endorses complaints to areas concerned and updates status with the customers.
- Processes promptly all servicing requests.
- Monitors status of inquiries, complaints, and servicing requests.
- Solicits, documents, and reports feedbacks of customers.
- Ensures customer satisfaction regarding quality and timely service.
- Performs other related duties from time to time and/or that may be assigned by immediate superior.
- College graduate
- At least one (1) year related experience
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Customer service skill
- Can work under pressure
