As a Retail Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include the following:

Customer Engagement and Sales:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their visit.
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend and sell coffee and related merchandise.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Store Operations:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail and coffee bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management as needed.
• Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, including coffee beans, accessories, and supplies.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

• Accurately record sales transactions using the POS system.
• Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals set by management.
