Medical Sales Representative
Job Description
Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to manage, develop, and grow sales accounts in Pampanga and nearby areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical, diagnostic, clinical chemistry, and laboratory-related products to hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and other healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
This role is highly suitable for candidates with sales experience or strong exposure in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory products, clinical chemistry, pharmaceutical sales, account management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell medical, diagnostic, clinical chemistry, and laboratory-related products to hospitals, laboratories, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and identify new business opportunities within Pampanga and nearby areas.
- Manage, maintain, and grow existing client accounts while actively developing new accounts.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with doctors, laboratory heads, hospital administrators, purchasing officers, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, client meetings, account reviews, and sales follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service, account support, and after-sales coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, delivery, technical concerns, customer requirements, and after-sales support.
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, account updates, forecasts, client visit reports, and other required documentation.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, or any related medical or healthcare field.
- With 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in any of the following:
- Medical devices
- Diagnostics
- Clinical chemistry
- Laboratory products
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Healthcare sales
- Candidates with experience handling hospital, laboratory, diagnostic center, clinic, or healthcare accounts are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel within Pampanga and nearby areas, as needed.
- Familiarity with the local healthcare market in Pampanga is an advantage.
