Summary:

As an Application Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for automating Delivery Analytics at the client level using innovative ideas. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain automation tools and systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation.
• Provide technical support and guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft PowerShell, Ansible on Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices.
• Experience in scripting and coding for automation purposes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems for automated processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
