DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Building / Facilities Repair and Maintenance
  • Commercial Building janitorial services (c/o General Services personnel).
  • Coordinates with pests control service providers upon requests of commercial building departments.
  • Monitors aircon (A/C) regular cleaning / servicing schedule (commercial building and warehouse) and requests schedule with service provider.
  • Coordinates with supplier / A/C service provider for quotation and/or replacement of defective parts.
  • Deploys Admin Team upon request of concerned CDO-based business units to do specific tasks, like:
  • CCTV connection in coordination with IT
  • Electrical repairs / installations as requested by YSU / MK / CH / RCH
  • Welding services for YSU delivery trucks
  • Repair of defective / leaking faucets and/or toilet bowl water closets
  • Fabrication / Installation of specific projects
  • General cleaning activities upon request and/or as scheduled
  • Canvass of materials / supplies and request purchase of replacement items for emergency repairs
  1. Security Services
  • Supervised security guards assigned in Igpit and discuss security concerns regarding bodega and commercial building.
  • Ensures that assigned guards strictly follows SOP and general security measures imposed by the company at all times and coordinate with PADLA Security Agency for concerns / issues related to performance of assigned security guards in Igpit facility.
  • Conducts orientation of new deployed guard / reliever guard with emphasis on visitor’s (pedestrian and/or vehicle) entry inside Igpit facility and employees’ entry to / exit from facility.
  1. Government / Regulatory Compliance
  • Attends to government entities conducting announced / unannounced inspections
  • Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)
  • Department of Environmental & Natural Resources (DENR)
  • Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
  • Other Barangay / Municipal Entities
  • Relays result of inspection, findings and citations (if any) to ManCom and/or concerned department/office.
  • Ensures compliance to citations (if any) within the given timeline
  • Canvass materials and/or secure quotations from at least 3 suppliers for materials to be procured and/or services to be engaged and submits the same to concerned department and/or approving authority.
  • Request check issuance from Accounting/Treasury as payment for materials purchased and/or services engaged.
  1. Booking / Reservations
  • Secure / Book tickets of employees on OB trips to branches as well as guest/s upon request of concerned BUH.
  • Secure / Book hotel reservations of guest/s upon request of BUH
  • Checks ticketing agency billing before forwarding to Accounting/Treasury for check processing
  1. Garbage / B.O. Disposal
  • Upon request of YSU Branch, assist B.O> In-charge for garbage/BO segregation and clean-up of B.O. area / material recovery facility (MRF) (c/o General Services personnel).
  • Upon request of SU, garbage / B.O. disposal to dumping site (c/o General Services personnel).
  1. Others
  • Coordinates / Aligns schedule of concerned Admin Team requested by owners for specific tasks at residence and/or other properties.
  • Supervise and Manager all administrative works and safety compliance

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Graduate any 4-year year course
  • At least 2 (two) year experience in administrative, safety and supervisory role
  • Safety-related certifications
  • Driver’s license
  • Thorough knowledge in MS Office
  • Good communication skills, spoken and written
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
