About the role

N&M Staffing Services is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a strategic impact on our human resources function and contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. This role is fundamental to ensuring that N&M Staffing Services attracts, develops, and retains top talent whilst maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that align with company objectives and support business growth
  2. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  3. Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
  4. Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labour regulations
  5. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career progression
  6. Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
  8. Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing
  9. Provide HR support and guidance to management and staff on employment matters
  10. Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports on staffing levels, turnover, and other key performance indicators
What we're looking for
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of professional HR experience in a full-cycle HR role or similar capacity
  3. Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations
  4. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation
  6. Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  7. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  9. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to HR challenges
  10. Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is highly desirable
