AUDIT SUPERVISOR
Role:
The Audit Supervisor guides and provides support to auditors throughout the audit process. The role also includes reviewing reports and working papers to ensure accuracy and completeness of findings and recommendations. The Audit Supervisor processes monthly travel budget of auditors and reviews travel liquidation reports.
Competencies- Supervise, guide, and provide support to field auditors and audit staff throughout the audit process.

- Address and resolve issues or conflicts within the audit team
- Conduct and oversee audit fieldwork, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Review audit reports and working papers for accuracy and completeness.
- Identifies and rectifies errors or discrepancies in audit reports.
- Collaborate with the audit manager, field auditors, and staff to develop audit plans and schedules of audit.
- Review travel budget and liquidation report of auditors.
- Maintains confidentiality and objectivity in all aspects of audit work.
- Prioritizes audit tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely completion of audit reports.
- Reminds and oversees that working papers are readily available when the need arises.
- Collaborate with other departments or relevant teams to resolve any financial data concerns.
- Demonstrates proper coordination with different teams and meeting deadline on time.
- Properly analyzes and executes the requests and inputs of different departments.
- Listens attentively to colleagues' input and incorporates feedback into work.

Qualification Standards:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field with vital or relevant experience.
Experience
Profession: At least 3 years experience in Audit
