Job Position is for: FRANCHISE SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations of franchise stores and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits for compliance and performance checks.
• Analyze store performance and sales data to drive profitability.
• Act as the main liaison for franchisees—supporting them in staffing, training, marketing, and issue resolution.
• Ensure franchise compliance with legal, safety, and brand standards.
• Support franchisees with local marketing efforts and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Guide financial performance—monitor budgets, control costs, and improve revenue.
• Assist in new store openings and franchisee onboarding.
• Develop and deliver training programs for consistent operational excellence.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willing to do field work
• Full-time, office-based in Timog Ave., QC Head Office
