ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

• College Graduate with bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and email tools

• Filing and organizing documents
• Data entry with high accuracy
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Preparing reports, invoices, and purchase orders

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication (written and verbal)
• Time management and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving skills
• Trustworthiness and confidentiality when handling financial data

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or admin work is often preferred
• Fresh graduates may still qualify for entry-level roles
