Business Development Manager (Start-Up Firm)

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong B2B experience to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across multiple business lines, including manpower services, legal and visa processing, and property/condo rental support.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close B2B partnerships across corporate clients and institutions
- Generate leads and expand client base for manpower agency services, visa processing, and property rental solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, Admin, Operations, Business Owners)
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage client onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B business development or sales experience
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Experience in manpower/recruitment, visa processing, legal services, or real estate/property leasing is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple business lines
