Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative and be the liaison of our organization. Your role is to seek new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationship with current and potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should be driven to develop a career in sales in an upstart company – specifically on the medical field. One may or may not have prior experience in medical diagnostics sales, but previous sales experience is a plus.
You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. You will ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and result-driven, and enjoy working in a team and family environment. We’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will boost sales, contribute and be part to our long-term business growth.
Responsibilities- Generate and qualify leads for potential sales opportunities.
- Present and promote our company to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Customize product solutions to increase satisfaction
- Build long term, trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings/product presentations with clients with the support of the company
- Reports to Sales Manager on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Thorough product knowledge will be gain over a specified period of time.
- Be able to gain the trust of the customers.
- Be the “top of mind” by our customers.
- Fresh graduates, under graduates are welcome to apply.
- Licensed nurses, medical technologists, pharmacist are also welcome.
- Hands on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to undertake heavy travel
