  • Customer Service & Sales Support Representative: 20,000 PHP - 28,000 PHP
  • Senior Customer Service & Sales Support Representative: Up to 35,000 PHP

This is a day shift, full-time (09am-06pm) and office-based position based at our office in Davao City PH. Remote work is not available, so please apply only if you are open to working on-site.

Note: Our HR will be reaching out to you through Singapore number (+65) for the initial phone interview.

What you will do:

  • Join online sales meetings via Zoom with the sales Rep & conduct product demonstrations and presentations of our CRM/VoIP solutions.
  • Identify and take detailed meeting notes of clients’ requirements, accurately record discussion points in the CRM system.
  • Provide support to customers via phone, zoom meeting, email, or chat regarding VoIP service/CRM, including configuration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Configure the system and conduct comprehensive training and onboarding sessions to guide customers step-by-step on how to use the CRM system, ensuring a smooth and pleasant onboarding experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues related to VoIP equipment, CRM system and provide customer solutions.
  • Document all support interactions and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system with clear and concise notes.
  • Does any necessary administrative work including scheduling meetings, follow-up calls, preparing for quotation to assist the sales team.

What we need:

  • Proven experience in sales support and customer service through email, phone call, zoom meeting to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Having been in position that deal with systems/software support will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with using CRM, ERP system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Open minded to keep learning and improving professional skill set.
  • Customer-oriented and able to build rapport with customer.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
