Project Sales Representative

Job Description:

The Project Sales Representative is responsible for managing sales efforts related to commercial and residential projects. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting solutions, preparing quotations, and closing deals. You’ll work closely with contractors, architects, developers, and internal teams to ensure client needs are met from inquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new project-based sales opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Prepare and follow up on project quotations and proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, admin) to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers: contractors, developers, architects, etc.
• Achieve sales targets and project quotas
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential leads
• Participate in project bidding and negotiation
• Submit regular reports and sales forecasts

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or project-based selling (AV, IT, construction, hardware, etc.)
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand technical plans and specifications
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
• Willing to travel and do fieldwork
• With a valid driver’s license (optional but preferred)
