About the role

ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE is seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our residential sales division, helping homebuyers find their dream properties and guiding them through the entire sales process.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of our listings
Negotiate and close sales transactions in a professional and customer-focused manner
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's efforts
Continuously expand your knowledge of the local property market and industry trends
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in the Pampanga region
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand and analyse property market data
Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle complex sales situations
A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for the real estate industry
Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices
