- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and thorough assistance
- Troubleshoot product, ecommerce, and integration issues; replicate and test bugs for escalation
- Document case details, resolutions, and customer feedback in ticketing/CRM systems
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and client application reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective issue resolution
- Share insights and recurring patterns to improve product and customer experience
- 3-4 years in a customer-facing or technical support role (SaaS/ecommerce preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new tools quickly
- Experience with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or productivity software (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or integration troubleshooting
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Exposure to Google Analytics, SEO, or marketplaces (Amazon/eBay)
- Background in tech, startups, or events
