Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and business objectives. This role requires a strong design portfolio, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design solutions across digital and print platforms
• Develop branding, marketing collaterals, social media assets, presentations, and advertising materials
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual outputs
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business requirements into effective designs
• Review and provide guidance to junior designers, ensuring high-quality output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus
