As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager – B2B New Business to lead our business development efforts and drive new client acquisition.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager – B2B New Business is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across Australia, Phillipines and APAC. This role focuses on selling MEAP’s B2B appointment setting, market expansion consulting, and corporate event solutions to medium and enterprise businesses.
The successful candidate will be highly consultative, commercially driven, and passionate about building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and engage C-level executives, founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and challenges.
- Present tailored solutions aligned with client growth strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with the Appointment Setting and Client Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Represent MEAP at networking events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling professional services, consulting, SaaS, outsourcing, recruitment, or B2B solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling ability.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- International and domestic travel when required.
