Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers to effective resolutions
- Manage inbound and outbound requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our system
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously
- A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping people
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
- Willingness to work on weekends or holidays as part of a support rotation
