Netsuite Functional Consultant (Finance)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Functional Consultant with expertise in Finance to join our team in Manila. As a Netsuite Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end implementation and support services to our clients, focusing on the finance module of Netsuite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for Netsuite configurations and customizations
• Lead the implementation of the Netsuite finance module, including setup, configuration, testing, and training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Netsuite with other systems and applications
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, troubleshoot any issues, and implement enhancements and upgrades as needed
• Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure clients are able to fully utilize Netsuite's finance capabilities
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new features of Netsuite, and proactively suggest improvements to clients' processes and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Netsuite Functional Consultant, with a focus on finance modules
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience with end-to-end or post-implementation NetSuite projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and training
• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Netsuite certification is preferred
