About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Collection Clerk to join our team. The role focuses on handling client payments, delivering invoices, and supporting accounting operations through timely collection and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect payments from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver invoices, official receipts, and other financial documents to clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure all collections are properly documented and remitted to the accounting department.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns, outstanding balances, and payment schedules.
  • Assist the accounting team with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping related to collections.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Perform other related tasks that support billing, collection, and accounting operations.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Diploma, Vocational Course, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • Experience in collections, billing, accounting, or related work is an advantage.
  • With valid government clearances (Police, Barangay, NBI).
  • Must be trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably with a valid driver’s license or able to travel for client visits.
