• The Segment Marketing - Business Accounts Senior Manager designs, recommends, and implements programs to grow retail consumers and volume among Key Accounts, Fleet and TNVS.
• The Senior Manager also develops strategies to improve the overall brand health and image of SEAOIL, and constantly coordinates with functional and inter-department peers to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Lead the customer engagement and customer experience initiatives for Key Accounts, Fleet and TNVS, from insighting to execution.
• Ensure that sound and realistic strategies are designed, implemented, monitored and measured regularly.
• Check on stations.

• Strong experience in Marketing, Brand Management, People Management, CRM Management, Stakeholder Management
• Relevant experience gained from the FMCG and B2B industries: preferably, retail (trade marketing), Oil/Gas (fleet, key accounts, TNVS), client servicing (consultancy, medical equipment), or agency
• Graduate of a four-year course relating to B.S. Management Engineering, B.S. Management or equivalent, and from top universities
• Willing to do field work (at least once a week)
