Muntinlupa - Medical Scheduler (Provider Coordinator) REMOTE/ US CLIENT

Spillway Workforce Solutions is a staffing and business solutions company with clients in the United States and the United Kingdom.

We are seeking a Medical Scheduler to support our partner’s surgical and provider scheduling operations. The ideal candidate has recent experience in a medical office or hospital setting, with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in anesthesia or provider scheduling is highly preferred.

• Manage and coordinate surgical and provider schedules (routine & urgent).
• Communicate with patients, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and office staff.
• Provide patients with pre-operative instructions and updates.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in EMR and scheduling systems.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure pre-op requirements (labs, insurance, clearances) are completed.

• 1–3 years of experience in medical scheduling, hospital administration, or provider coordination.
• Anesthesia scheduling experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
