About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team at Santino Metal Industries Inc. in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
- Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional content
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously optimise and improve
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the company's marketing capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
