Manila - Service Crew

We are hiring service crew, cashier, and kitchen staff positions at L.A Chicks MOA Pasay!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and work areas.
• Assist in basic food preparation and packing, as required.
• Promote menu items and suggest additional products to increase sales.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate; college level is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus, but not required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
