Accounting Supervisor (Fil-Chi / Mandarin or Hokkien Speaker Preferred)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead and oversee our accounting team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, leadership skills, and familiarity with both local tax laws and internal financial processes.
Qualification:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
- CPA is a plus, but not required
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR processes
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar)
- Can speak Chinese (Mandarin, Hokkien, or Fookien) – preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
