Accounts Payable Specialist
About the role
PTC Logistics' is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
What you'll be doing- Process and record accounts payable invoices and payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to address any payment issues or queries
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable procedures and practices
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with accounting system and MS Excel
- Preferably with above average scholastic record
- Good communication and people skills
