Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs, layouts, and manual sketches to visualize ideas effectively.
- Confidently present and communicate design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring smooth coordination and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate architectural, structural, and MEP elements.
- Oversee the entire design development process, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and client requirements.
- Stay up to date with architectural trends, sustainable practices, and innovative materials to deliver cutting-edge designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
- Licensed Architect is an advantage.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project leadership.
- Strong manual sketching skills and proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in client engagement.
- Proven leadership abilities, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
