Network Analyst – Assistant Manager

As a Network Analyst – Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure. You'll work closely with IT operations teams to optimize performance, strengthen network security, and ensure compliance with operational and audit requirements.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and support Cisco networking and security technologies, including:
• Cisco ASA
• Cisco Firepower
• Cisco IPS
• Cisco Routers & Switches
• Cisco AnyConnect
• Manage Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint firewall appliances.
• Apply security patches, IOS upgrades, and network updates.
• Review security and audit logs and maintain access controls.
• Participate in internal, external, and client security audits.
• Monitor network performance and recommend improvements.
• Support network capacity planning, hardware upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Follow ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Capacity, and Vendor Management.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and testing.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex network incidents.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration and support.
• Strong experience with Cisco routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, IPS, Routers, Switches, and Cisco AnyConnect.
• Experience managing Proxy infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Checkpoint firewall appliances.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise or high-availability network environments.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
• Willing to provide 24x7 operational support, including nights and weekends.
• CCNA certification
• CCNP certification

• Experience participating in security audits.
• Experience with disaster recovery operations and testing.
• Experience creating network documentation and topology diagrams.
• Exposure to network capacity planning and technology refresh initiatives.
