CPS Asia is seeking a results-driven Recruitment Specialist – BPO Hiring to support our growing hiring needs. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment process for high-volume hiring campaigns, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and successful class fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BPO and customer service-related positions, from sourcing to onboarding endorsement
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment events
  • Screen and evaluate applicants through phone interviews, assessments, and competency-based interviews
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring timelines
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring applicant records are updated accurately within the recruitment system
  • Present job offers, discuss compensation and benefits packages, and secure candidate acceptance
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-fill, interview-to-hire ratio, show rates, and class fulfillment rates
  • Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring requirements
  • Coordinate candidate endorsements and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and sourcing effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the BPO or shared services industry
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring and achieving recruitment targets within tight timelines
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent evaluation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
