We are now looking for a Customer Care Representative who shares our values and is ready to contribute to our growing team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the flexibility to support both front-line customer service and back-office tasks.

This role requires someone who can provide exceptional service while efficiently handling support documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience.
  • Accurately log and document customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Training and Admin department) to resolve issues and follow up on customer concerns.
  • Assist in administrative and back-office functions such as tickets, issuing SOA, and updating client records.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Adhere to Average Handling Time, SLA and company quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot, Axelerate), email platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to support back-office tasks in addition to customer-facing responsibilities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in the education, healthcare, or training industry is a plus.
