SAP TM DEVELOPER
The primary role of the SAP TM Developer is to support the SAP Development Team at Radiant BPO Services Inc. The ideal candidate must have a strong ABAP development foundation and preferably basic experience with BOPF.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing objects and implementing enhancements of simple to medium complexity for TM, EM, or ECC requirements. A proactive mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies are essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, enhance and support custom SAP TM, EM and ABAP solutions based on Radiant’s existing and future possible business requirements.
- Create and optimize ABAP Code while utilizing BOPF technology, OOP, FPM, FBI, POWL, BRF+, Adobe Forms, and PPF.
- Develop SAP Interfaces with external systems including Proxy Services, EDI, RESTful API’s, Odata, RFC’s, Idocs of which some utilizing Postman/APIDog and Anypoint Studio or other future technology as needed.
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests for SAP TM solutions. Conduct code optimization and troubleshooting for problematic solutions.
- Identify root cause and resolve Production Issues as needed.
- Collaborate with SAP Functional consultants, business experts and other 3rd-party service providers using their technical expertise to address complex technical challenges and align SAP solutions with business requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, logic flow, and unit testing results.
- Research and stay-updated on latest advancements in SAP Development and related technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of experience as an SAP TM Developer, with hands-on experience in BOPF technology, FPM, FBI, POWL, and PPF.
- Or at least 3 years of experience as an ABAP Developer, with strong technical expertise in Debugging, OOP, Adobe Forms, Function Modules, Reports, and Performance Optimization using ABAP 7.4.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented Agile environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users and provide clear updates on assigned tasks.
- Proficient in writing technical design documents and conducting thorough unit testing.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA development and migration for TM and FIORI.
- Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management functional configuration.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation Services.
