DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures the efficient registration of incoming members and guests, and maintains proper customer service relations at all times
- Ensures proper safekeeping of cash received at all times
- Ensures the daily remittance of cash sales and collection to the accounting assistant
- Monitor the playing frequencies of foreign guests
- Prepares financial statement for foreign guest (KORESCO) due each month
- Prepares and monitors the frequency of guests endorsed by members playing each month
- Writes letters and memos for the Operations Manager
- Assists the starter’s desk during tournaments
- Writes the minutes of the meeting of the Golf Council and performs other tasks as secretary
- Attends to all inquiries and phone calls
- Administration, collection, cashiering, marketing and member/guest relations and tasks
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course; a business course is an advantage
- Has customer service experience and has minimal knowledge of business-related courses
- Proficiency in various MS Office applications, keen on details
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong personality and can deal with people at all levels
