Human Resource Staff

Job description:

The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and proactive in fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Post job openings and manage recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with general manager.
• Conduct employee onboarding sessions and ensure new hires have a smooth transition.

1. Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and escalate issues to Management if necessary.
• Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Organize team-building activities and training sessions.

1. HR Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., attendance, leaves, and performance).
• Process payroll, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Assist in benefits administration and ensure timely enrollment/renewals.

1. Compliance

• Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and company standards.
• Assist in audits and prepare compliance reports.

1. General Support

• Provide administrative support to the HR team and store management.
• Assist in creating and implementing HR-related policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferably 1-2 years in an HR or administrative role.
• Fresh graduates with internships in HR are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
