DATA ENTRY / ADMIN REPRESENTATIVE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data Entry/ Admin Representative to support the Merchandising Department within the organization. The position is responsible for entering data into various systems, working with the Merchandising team to ensure the product entry into our system and final presentation for the customer is easy, accurate and production ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load product data such as Product information, Promotions and Website updates and changes into our enterprise systems on a timely basis
• Work with Merchandising to ensure that presentation to Customers for Web and Phone orders is easy, accurate, and production ready
• Load data into enterprise systems as needed
• Ability to work independently, and within team
• Excel and Word are a plus
• Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail as well as curiosity and technologically inclined.
• Commitment to completing work in scheduled timeline

Qualifications:

• Data Entry experience is a MUST
• Good English skills (resource will be communicating with the US team directly)
• Highly trainable and flexible
• Ability to multi-task and learn in a fast paced environment
• Problem solving and an ability to think through similar scenarios to work through similar
• Ability to ask questions without reservation when things aren’t clear
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
