The Admin Assistant ensures smooth coordination with Finance, Supply Management, and other support teams to fulfill operational requirements for marketing activities.

• Act as the primary point of contact for administrative and budgetary inquiries from the Marketing Team.
• Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meeting, create presentations and conduct research (as deemed necessary)
• Maintain a marketing database (electronic and print) of suppliers, agencies, partners, white papers, customer feedback forms, office supplies and other functional print or digital requirements.
• Process purchase requests and payment requests in coordination with Finance and Supply Management.
• Monitor and track payments for suppliers, vendors, and agencies, ensuring timely settlement of dues.
• Assist in monitoring departmental spending, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
• Track cost-to-sales ratio for marketing expenses and provide reports on budget utilization.
