Sales Staff

Job description:

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
• Listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend products that best suit their requirements.
• Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise within the store.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Upsell products and promote special promotions or discounts to increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job skills and performance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and security.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month.
