Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including decision-makers, fleet managers, and system users.
• Engage proactively with clients to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
• Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and value-added services.
• Address and resolve client inquiries or concerns promptly, across all communication channels.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Prepare regular reports on account progress, client feedback, and forecasts for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, after-sales, or B2B account management.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy, computer literate, and quick to learn new tools or systems.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and perform fieldwork as needed.
• Can start as soon as possible.
