Job Description- MERCHANDISE AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – This aspect rates the merchandising in displaying and merchandising inside the store
B. Implements and maintains proper product hygiene in all products and apply FIFO systems in all displays.
C. Displays all SKU’s in the account’s bodegas. This is to ensure maximum distribution/merchandising of Client product lines.
D. Prevents stock run-out in the shelves by regularly replenishing stocks in the selling area and informing the Merchandising Coordinator concerned of any stocks at critical level.
E. Monitors batches of products and accounts for expiring or damaged stocks for possible withdrawal or reassignment.
F. Installs all merchandising materials at Point of Purchase sections to highlight product or promotions.
G. Requests merchandising materials and install posters and price tags and all other point of sale materials to support product display.
H. Maintain good relationships with Team Leaders, Supermarket Managers, Supervisors, Employees and fellow merchandisers.
I. Strict adherence to all retail and account policies
J. Reports on time
K. Always present in his assigned outlets.
L. Wears prescribed uniforms at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification:- Atleast High school graduate
- No visible tattoo
- Male only for this store (Makati and Mandaluyong area)
- With complete requirements or willing to get.
- SSS
- Pagibig
- Philhelth
- TIN
- NBI or Police Clearance
- Birthcertificate
- 1x1 picture & 2x2
- COE (from previous employer)
- Medical certificate (Fit to work)
- Drug test
- Marriage Certificate (if any)
