About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team in our Kalawaan, Pasig City location. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective material handling, inventory management, and team coordination.This is a full-time position within our rapidly growing logistics company.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of warehouse associates to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor workflow and productivity, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or issues
- Oversee the accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of all inventory and materials
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Train and develop warehouse staff, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and customer service, to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Analyze warehouse data and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives
