Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual content for digital screens, web banners, social media, print materials, and advertising campaigns within the retail and trading industry. The role involves developing multimedia marketing materials, supporting digital campaign execution, and ensuring all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with team members and departments, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Design and Development:

• Create compelling designs for digital screens, web banners, social media, and print materials.
• Develop visually appealing content for advertising campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and other multimedia marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Software Utilization:

• Must know Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Midjourney for design and multimedia projects.
• Knowledge on Superside AI, Look A, Visat Create, Design Hill, and Get Stencil will be added advantage

Campaign Management:

• Support the planning and execution of digital ad campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing materials to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

Communication and Articulation:

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and visual formats.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Graphic designer in different multimedia platforms, advertising, or a related field. Preferably from Retail background.
• Proven experience in digital screen design, web banners, web design, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Premiere Pro, and Canva, Midjourney, and other design tools.
• Familiarity with Superside AI, Look A, Visat Create, Design Hill, and Get Stencil is a plus.
• Photography skills are a plus.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and ensure design consistency.
• Amenable to work onsite at Cebu Business Park
• Amenable to work from 12PM/1PM - 9PM/10PM PH Time

Nice-to-have:

• Photography skills
