About the role
As the Accounting Manager (CPA) at Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc', you will play a crucial role in managing the financial accounting and reporting processes for the organisation. This full-time position is located in Poblacion Makati City Metro Manila and will involve leading a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and financial data is accurate
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to management to support strategic decision-making
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure the company's financial records meet all legal and reporting requirements
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting management role
- Extensive knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principles, as well as experience in implementing and maintaining internal controls
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to a range of stakeholders
- A strong understanding of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
