Compliance & Training Monitoring Analyst

About the Role

As an Analyst, Compliance Tracking you will support the day-to-day operations of the firm’s bar admission and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs. In this role, you will help ensure that our lawyers remain in good standing by meeting all legal and professional requirements for their practice areas and jurisdictions.

• Update and verify the firm’s Human Resources systems with bar admission data
• Manage requests submissions and cases in MyPortal
• Enter and maintain Continuing Legal Education and bar admission information in Learning Management System
• Create and manage reports on Bar Admission and Continuing Legal Education courses
• Respond to and handle shared mailbox messages as the first contact point
• Maintain our rule book and documentation up to date.
• Manage follow ups, tracking messages for required training and compliance effortt

• 2 - 3years’ experience in a corporate environment
• Data entry, administration and analysis experience in a shared services/global company
• Strong Excel skills (reporting, VLOOKUP)
• Proficient in ServiceNow and Workday
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Experience working independently and in collaborative teams
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple large projects and shifting priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to work quickly and efficiently with multiple stakeholders
• Skilled at managing stakeholder expectations and communicating clearly
• Accountable team player with a constructive, customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed team
• Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

**Can work on hybrid work setup (3days per week onsite)

**Amenable to work on any shift schedule including Philippine holidays
