BreadTalk, a multinational Singaporean brand revolutionizing the bakery industry, is in need of Store Managers who can:
- Manage overall store operations and staff to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with company standards.
- Set and monitor goals for product quality, customer service, and sales, coordinating with the Area Operations Manager.
Work Location: Ayala Central Bloc / Mactan Cebu Airport
Job Specification:
- Graduated with a BS degree in Management studies (i.e. Business Administration, Business Management, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Marketing) or equivalent
- Has good academic background
- With relevant managerial work experience (at least 4 years)
- With strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and good customer experience
- Keen to details and has the ability to supervise others
General Description:
The Store Manager oversees daily operations and staff performance, ensuring smooth store function and goal achievement in quality, service, and sales, while coordinating with the Area Operations Manager. The main responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing all store staff by setting goals, boosting performance, ensuring product quality, maximizing customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Overseeing operations including sales trend analysis, production planning, marketing, frontline management, performance evaluation, scheduling, inventory reporting, issue escalation, and compliance with legal and company standards.
