JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the manpower requirements of the construction company. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for various roles such as engineers, skilled laborers, and administrative staff.

The officer ensures that recruitment strategies are aligned with the company’s project timelines, budget, and workforce standards. The role also involves maintaining recruitment records, coordinating with project managers and department heads, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
  2. At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  3. Familiar with sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, and employment laws.
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies.
