About the role
As a Customer Service Associate at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.', you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position located in Cebu City, Cebu. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Responding to incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a prompt and professional manner
- Actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns effectively and with empathy
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer support
- Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to better assist customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
- Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred, but not required
