As an Accounting Intern, you will work closely with experienced accountants and consultants while supporting accounting and administrative functions for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting and Bookkeeping Support- Assist in organizing, recording, and maintaining financial documents and accounting records.
- Support the preparation of journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of accounting data and supporting documentation.
- Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Observe and assist in payroll preparation and payroll-related documentation.
- Support the organization and maintenance of tax-related records and compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing schedules and working papers for tax filings and government submissions.
- Gain practical exposure to BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG compliance processes.
- Assist in ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documents.
- Assist in compiling financial data for client reports and management presentations.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and related schedules.
- Help organize and maintain supporting documents for financial reporting purposes.
- Participate in month-end and year-end accounting activities as assigned.
- Perform data entry and document management tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate with team members regarding document requests and compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and mentoring activities.
- Gain practical experience using accounting software and digital productivity tools.
- Learn professional accounting workflows, internal controls, and compliance procedures.
- Develop analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills through real client engagements.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications- Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA), BS Management Accounting, BS Accounting Information System, BS Accounting Management, or a related accounting or business program.
- Must be eligible to complete internship or OJT requirements prescribed by the educational institution.
- Willing to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and business information.
- Residing in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, San Pedro, Biñan, or nearby South Metro areas.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Exposure to accounting software is an advantage but not required.
- Academic experience involving accounting systems, taxation, auditing, or financial management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and receive coaching from experienced professionals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
