Property Supervisor

The Property Supervisor supports the management of the company’s real estate assets by overseeing the maintenance, upkeep, and operational activities of office locations. The role involves supervising Daily property operations, coordinating service providers, ensuring compliance with property-related requirements, and supporting the Property Manager in implementing property strategies.
Responsibilities:
Property Management- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure efficient management of residential, commercial, or industrial properties
- Tenant Relations: Handle tenant complaints, enforce lease terms, and maintain a harmonious living or working environment
- Leasing Activities: Coordinate marketing properties, screening potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, and executing rental agreements
- Financial Management: Set and collect rent, prepare budgets, and oversee property expenses to ensure profitability
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to assess condition, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Fleet Oversight: Manage the fleet of vehicles used for property operations, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized
- Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
- Compliance: Ensure all vehicles comply with local regulations and safety standards
- Cost Management: Monitor and control costs related to vehicle operations, including fuel, repairs, and insurance
- Supervise Maintenance Staff: Direct and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure timely and effective property upkeep
- Contractor Liaison: Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for cost-effective property improvements
- Maintenance Requests: Address tenant maintenance requests promptly to maintain property condition
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid major repairs and extend the lifespan of property assets
Administrative:
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor and ensures KPI of the staff are updated and regular feedback is provided.
- Performance Evaluation: Reviews and performs regular evaluation.
- Marketing: Assists in the marketing of these services.
Personal Attributes:

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working independently in the field and supervising on-site activities.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in property or facility management, with some supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with building systems, basic repairs, and vendor coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Willing to travel and conduct site visits as needed.
